Hip Mobility — $20

If you're someone who often gets tightness through the hips, back, or knees, then this program is ideal for you. Consisting of 6 sessions a week, combining mobility and resistance training, these exercises will help get those key areas impacting our lower body moving again. This program is designed for someone who has never done any hip mobility work before, or struggles with consistency or having a plan to progress from exercises they've found online!

note: after your plan is finished, you will lose access to the app but will be sent a PDF version of the exercise plan.
